As much as I am a Summer lover, the crispy beauty of Fall teaches me to tune into the ephemeral, the nature of cycles and embrace change as a spiritual calling for a grounded presence. Recently, I was listening to Deepak Chopra recall a conversation with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in which he was trying to explain to him what stress is. Maharishi eventually defines it as "resistance to existence". I jumped out of the bed to write these words to you over a cup of tea 🍵🙏🏽✨ Creative processes are sometimes fermenting inside 🐛🫧🦋

Have you ever felt like you cannot do anymore what you have so dearly loved doing before, at least not in the same way? Imposter Syndrome, anyone here? ☺️ To me, the creative process phases which seem not "productive" are sometimes excruciating. A part of me, strongly rooted in capitalist belief and indoctrination, creates mental whirls which splash me with the corrosive breeze of deep self doubt.
