Upcoming Workshops & Events
Join Tonja and the groovy kids' yoga program for fun-filled family yoga sessions! These monthly classes are designed to introduce both children and adults to the joys of yoga in an engaging and playful way. No prior yoga experience is required for parents or kids—this is simply a fun and creative way to incorporate yoga into your family’s daily life.
During the sessions, we’ll explore different yoga poses, play games, and even calm our minds with breathing and mantra singing. It’s a perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and music that the whole family can enjoy together. So come along, bring your family, and experience the joy of yoga!
Join Chris for a Conscious Connected Breathwork session to get out of your head, land in the body and cultivate deeper self-awareness.
We begin with a gentle physical warmup to ease tension, link breath with movement, and create a sense of grounding and safety.
You’ll receive a clear introduction to the breathing technique and simple ways to adapt it so you feel supported throughout the experience.
Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, circular breath—full, deep, and without pauses—paired with verbal guidance and a curated playlist. Lying down, you’ll breathe through all your breathing spaces, supporting emotional release, somatic awareness, and shifts in energy or insight.
Join us for an evening of kīrtan, a shared chanting practice rooted in Bhakti Yoga, the yogic path of love and devotion.
Kīrtan is a call-and-response musical mantra meditation. Through repetition of sanskrit mantras, devotional sound becomes a bridge from mind to heart. No prior experience is needed. You are invited to come as you are, with an open heart, a curious mind and with the most important instrument: your voice.
This Valentine’s Day, we turn towards love as a lived practice. Beyond concepts or performance.
No roses required, no pressure to bring a date (unless you want to). Just shared voices, connected hearts and a reminder that love is something we are, and not something to buy.
We look forward to spending a heartfelt evening in community, experiencing connection through sound and presence.
