Breath in Motion is a progressive exploration of how conscious breathing shapes the way we move, feel, and experience practice.
Vinyasa yoga weaves breath and movement together through rhythmic flow. Each inhale and exhale connects posture to posture, building fluidity, awareness, and continuity. Over time, this rhythm becomes part of our nature. It guides how we move, how we focus, and how we stay present.
This training expands that foundation.
Through a variety of breathing methods, meditative practices, and yoga-based movement, you’ll explore how breath can challenge your capacity, deepen your connection, and refine your control.
