Breath in Motion is a progressive exploration of how conscious breathing shapes the way we move, feel, and experience practice.
Vinyasa yoga weaves breath and movement together through rhythmic flow. Each inhale and exhale connects posture to posture, building fluidity, awareness, and continuity. Over time, this rhythm becomes part of our nature. It guides how we move, how we focus, and how we stay present.
This training expands that foundation.
Through a variety of breathing methods, meditative practices, and yoga-based movement, you’ll explore how breath can challenge your capacity, deepen your connection, and refine your control. These tools invite a richer experience of practice—where focused physical effort meets meditative awareness, creating balance, harmony, and renewed energy.

Each day includes short and medium-length practices blending meditation, breathwork, and vinyasa-based movement. The structure creates space for exploration, reflection, and meaningful growth.
Day One — Control
Mind. Body. Breath.
When these elements move together, trust forms within the body.
Day One explores how awareness and control create stability and confidence in practice. You’ll discover spaces where this trust already exists and learn how to recognize and appreciate what your body already offers.
This foundation supports clarity, presence, and a deeper sense of connection to your practice.
Day Two — Harness
Breath as a tool for movement.
Every inhale becomes an opportunity.
Every exhale becomes an expression.
Day Two focuses on using the breath to guide more efficient and effective movement. You’ll explore how breathing supports strength, flow, and coordination, allowing you to move with greater ease and intention.
The result is a feeling of balance that carries through both physical and mental practice.
Day Three — Expand
Exploration, possibility, and growth.
With a strong foundation in place, Day Three invites you to explore your full range of potential.
Each practice becomes its own adventure—testing limits, discovering new pathways, and opening space for curiosity and dynamic expression. You’ll move through experiences that encourage exploration, resilience, and personal expansion.

Breath in Motion is a blended learning experience that combines in-person immersion with
guided digital study and personal integration.
✶ 18 hours of in-person training
✶ 7 hours of digital content & self-accountability practices
✶ 25 total hours of study (Eligible for CEU or AYA 300 Hour RYT credit)
The digital course opens one month prior to the in-person event, giving you time to prepare,
explore key concepts, and begin integrating the breath-led approach into your practice.
