MERIDIAN YIN YOGA INTENSIVE WEEKEND WITH DR. ERIN ROSE VAUGH 2026 (@erin_bodyaware)
FR.-SUN 27. - 29.NOV. 2026 2026 9:00 - 18:00
In this weekend intensive, we’ll dive into the 12 energy lines, myofascial pathways, and key acupressure points to unlock deep physical and emotional holding through the practices of yoga. Our sessions will include dynamic vinyasa, Yin yoga, pranayama, and targeted acupressure techniques.
Meridians—myofascial pathways linking internal organs like the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and pancreas with the musculoskeletal system—also serve as subtle channels where emotions and thoughts influence movement and posture. We'll explore how these connections show up in the physical body.
You’ll also learn and practice deeply restorative techniques such as abdominal and organ massage, diaphragm release, rotator cuff work, guided relaxation, and breathwork.
Modifications, options, and advanced variations will be offered throughout—making this intensive accessible and enriching for all levels. Whether you're looking to deepen your existing practice or spark something new, you’ll leave with fresh insights and inspiration.
