Introduction to Spiritual Psychotherapy |
13:00 - 15:30
Spiritual Psychotherapy is a travel to yourself, your true Self.
This approach works on two levels: It treats clients as a person with all his or her sorrows, problems, deviations. And at the same time it sees the Being already as whole.
Spiritual Psychotherapy teaches us to reach that underlying Self, that we all are, and from there we can open and offer safe spaces to lead Clients or Yogis/Yoginis there too.
In regards to Yoga, Spiritual Psychotherapy is offering a taste of Atman, the true Self, the Soul, the eternal Being underlying the individual, personal Self. In this introduction you will get a taste and an experience of this matter.
introduction to spiritual Trauma Work |
16:00 - 18:30
Spiritual Trauma Work considers a whole core underlying the traumatic experiences. That so called authentic Self is always untouched and remains whole and the same, regardless of the trauma.
Spiritual Trauma Work helps us to reach that authentic Self again.
In this Workshop you learn about protection strategies that we all build in childhood in order to get through life. Later in our adulthood these protection strategies often get in the way of an authentic life. With inquiry we uncover some of these strategies and therefore build access to the underlying authentic Self, that we are.
In this Workshop we also explore how to regulate our nervous system if a trigger hits or re-activates the trauma. This may be helpful for Yoga teachers, when a Yogi/Yogini gets activated through any asana, pranayama or meditation practice.
