INTRO TO YIN YOGA WEEKEND

Join Hong for a weekend dedicated to Yin yoga. Hong’s extensive experience as a yoga teacher in Shanghai, where she opened one of the leading Pre- & Post-Natal yoga studios in the city, in combination with her background in mental health psychology has given her the tools to intimately know the mind-body connection.
