Introducing Our Teachers: Niki Vischer

 

Niki found her way to yoga over a decade ago. With it, she discovered a powerful tool for tuning into her own mind and body. Her journey led her to immerse herself in the study of various yoga traditions and philosophies, inspired by many wonderful teachers from around the globe. After years of deepening her own practice, Niki cultivated a desire to share the joy and benefits she gained. She completed the Vinyasa Krama Teacher Training with B.Yoga in Basel before embarking on a new journey to support others through the exploration of their inner self.

Niki’s classes are a blend of strong, dynamic flows and mindful breathing. They aim to help students cultivate body awareness, build full body strength, and find greater depth in their postures (asanas). By engaging in challenging holds and balances, Niki’s classes challenge students to ignite their inner fire, enabling them to explore their physical and mental boundaries. A key focus of class is placed on being playful and having fun in the process of one’s own transformative journey.

Niki seeks to make her classes accessible for all and urges her students to use the class as a guide to explore their own minds and bodies with compassion and acceptance. Her ultimate mission is to instill a sense of strength, balance, and joy in the hearts of all those who step onto the mat with her.
