Yin Slow Flow with Anna Andry


This class is here to make and let you feel better. Everybody is welcome - especially those with a tight body and a monkey mind!
Gentle flows are used to focus your attention, mobilise stiff joints and synchronise breath with movement, while long Yin holds provide the setting to explore your inner landscapes to find some release in both tissue and thoughts.

About Anna
Anna first landed on a Yoga mat because she needed a post-run stretch. And the rest is a history of Yoga simply doing its thing.
Feeding into Anna’s deep fascination for humans, movement and words, teaching has felt like one of her greatest privileges.
Anna is trained in Vinyasa/(Liquid) Flow 200h Foundational Training (2018), 300h Liquid Flow (2022-2023) and Yin Yoga 100h (2019).
