Special Jivamukti Workshop on Karma & Climate Change with Rima Rabbath and Yogeswari Eichenberger
Sa 26/10/2019 15:30 - 17:30
While change is the hallmark of our human existence, the practices and teachings of yoga remind us that we can direct change through conscious, mindful action. In this workshop - part lecture, part asana - Rima & Yogeswari will take you on an exploration of karma (action as well as the law of cause & effect) and the tools we can gain through practice to become incredible agents of change. What we do today creates our tomorrow so let's not look for another now. Now is the time to act with intelligence, compassion and respect for the earth and all its earthlings.
Rima has been teaching at the Jivamukti Yoga School in NYC for 13 years and is a faculty member of the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Trainings worldwide. Her style of teaching is precise and enthusiastic, and her playlists are a huge draw as she takes the practitioner on a journey of sweat-inducing asanas. Serving the students unconditionally with playfulness & encouragement is her very unique skill.
