Teen Yoga Series - Part 2: Body and Mind with Nicole Mettauer / 09. January - 20. February 2020

This class is specifically designed for the teens in our community. We're offering this program as a 4-week introduction to yoga for adolescents, ages 12 years and up. Participants can drop in and participate in a single class, or they can join the 4-week session.

These classes will be taught primarily in English, therefore students should be able to follow basic instructions in English, however English fluency is not necessary. The teacher is bilingual, so happy to clarify questions, as well as instructions in Swiss German if needed. The students are welcomed to speak the language they prefer.
